Transition year students have just completed a two-day short filmmaking workshop. This workshop was facilitated onsite by Create School Tutor Kevin Carrick, who introduced students to the basics of filmmaking.
This included idea generation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and audio recording. Students worked in groups to develop two different films throughout the workshop. The films produced over the two days will enter the Rubbish Film Festival in May.
