The Transition year enterprise project “The Great Boyne Bakery” was a huge success yesterday as we brought our fresh home cooked goods and entrepreneurial skills to market. We sold cakes, cookies, brownies, sweets, soft drinks and lots more. We raised a total of €350. Thanks to Ms. Gibney for all her hard work and helping to organise the event.
