Dear Parent/Guardian,
As we approach the end of this academic year I want to wish all our students well for their upcoming exams.
All First, Second and Fifth years now have their exam timetable for next week. Please ensure that they are familiar with the timetable and arrive on time for all exams. Students must bring relevant
equipment for all exams. As is the practice in state exams students must hand up their phone at the start of all exams.
The exam timetable will see a staggered finish for various year groups as follows;
Fifth Year students will finish on Thursday 1st at 11:50am ( exception of LCVP & Applied maths who have an exam in the afternoon)
Second Year students will finish on Thursday 1st at 3:50 pm
First Year students will finish on Friday 2nd at 10:45am
Buses with not run outside of normal school times so alternative arrangements will need to be made for any early finishes.
Students have been asked to return all books to Ms Darby as they finish exams. We would also welcome any items of uniform that are in good repair. These can be handed in at the front office.
As last year, we are not in a position to issue lockers to all students. Students who wish to avail of a locker must sign up. We will send out a text with further details in the coming weeks. Lockers will be issued on a first come first served basis.
Our Third Year students will finish on Friday 26th at 1:15pm following their awards ceremony to recognise their achievements this year. I would like to wish our Third and Sixth Years the very best for their upcoming exams.

We intend to use our school website to communicate with you with respect to school reopening. I hope that students enjoy their well-deserved summer break.
All end of term reports will be accessed on VS ware; we will send a text home when these are available to view.
