Given the recent cold weather and the challenges with classroom ventilation in dealing with Covid 19, the Student Council and the Parent’s Association have been working together to introduce a plain, navy, woolly hat/beanie to the school uniform. This is not obligatory for students but is an option for those who think that they need it. However, this is the only hat that should be worn in school.
The Parent’s Association kindly sourced and ordered the hats and they will go on sale next week for the subsidised fee of €2. Students should keep an eye out for posters advertising the sale times and dates and listen out for intercom announcements for more information during the next week. The Student Council would like to sincerely thank the Parent’s Association for all their consideration and hard work in this matter.
