Over the last two weeks, all of the 1st year tutor groups have competed in a litter picking competition as part of the Green Schools Committee’s ‘Fortnight of Action’. In total, the eight groups managed to collect 136kg of waste from the around the town of Trim and in the school grounds. The winners were Class Lee who collected 31kg of waste while our 2nd place winners were Class Corrib and our 3rd place winners were Class Barrow. Class Lee now will receive a prize of a pizza party for their efforts. Well done to all involved and many thanks to teachers who brought the different classes out!
