First-Year Boys Soccer Club Celebrates a Stellar Season
Today, our first-year boys soccer club held an end-of-year medal ceremony in the PE Hall, marking the conclusion of an exceptional season. The team, despite a tough final match where De La Salle, Dundalk, edged us out in a penalty shootout, went through the entire Northeast Leinster campaign unbeaten, conceding only a single goal. Their resilience in the face of defeat is truly commendable.
The future looks incredibly bright for this talented group, and we eagerly anticipate kicking off our Minor U15 schools season in September. Additionally, several of our (2010) boys have the Kennedy Cup to look forward to in June. We wish Liam, Finn, George, Oran, Luke, Conor R., and Conor H. the best in the tournament.
We thank our dedicated teachers, Mr Rayfus, Mr Devine and Mr Moriarty for their unwavering support and commitment to the boys throughout the academic year.
