€1579 Raised for Charity – My Canine Companion
Last Friday, April 26th, over 80 of our students, staff, and parents participated in a fundraiser in Aid of My Canine Companion organised by our L2LP 2nd year Care of Animals Class.
Ms. Daly, Wonder’s handler, ensures that Wonder receives weekly training from a certified dog trainer employed by My Canine Companion. This training regimen will continue for two years until Wonder achieves full qualification.
It was a fantastic, fun morning. Thanks to all involved, including the parents, families, and friends who came to the school for a cuppa and a cuddle with Wonder. A total of €1579.10 was raised.
