Class Tara kicked off their 8-week “Clean Cooking” course, part of their Practical Achievement Task class, yesterday evening. In their first two sessions, they learned how to prepare a healthy and delicious menu featuring carrot and coriander soup, crispy potato wedges, and homemade chicken fingers. A big thank you goes to Ms. Gray for her excellent instruction and support throughout the course. Well done to all participants for their hard work and enthusiasm!
