TY class Aontacht is currently engaged in a 6-week rowing course as part of their PE curriculum. Rowing is a fantastic way for students to build endurance, increase overall body strength, and support cardiovascular health.
A big thank you to Ms. Barron for coordinating the sessions and to Rowing Ireland for expertly guiding our students through each workout! The course is a great addition to our PE program, offering valuable skills and benefits that promote fitness.
