A huge thank you to Maebh O’Hagan from Teagasc, who came to speak to Agricultural Science students today. Maebh talked to the students about Sustainability, Climate Action, Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions and the SignPost Programme. Students learned how Irish Farmers will meet the CAP agreements set for 2030. All topics discussed are essential to the Agricultural Science curriculum and highly topical for the IIS project.
