The U15 Boys Soccer Team are heading into the new season with optimism and ambition, hoping to make a real impact in the school competitions. The team recently enjoyed a fantastic evening at Tallaght Stadium on Friday night, watching Shamrock Rovers take on St. Patrick’s Athletic.

While Rovers lost 3-0, the boys embraced the occasion, using it as a chance to strengthen their team bond (School Belonging Week), and enjoy the atmosphere of top-level soccer.

Now, all eyes are on this (2nd of Oct), Wednesday’s match, where they’ll face St. Joseph’s of Drogheda in the preliminary round of the All-Ireland Leinster Cup at the MDL grounds in Navan, with kick-off at 12:30 pm. This game could be the first step in a season filled with potential.

September has been all about preparation for this team, with focused training sessions at the school, video analysis and two practice challenge matches hosted at the Trim Town Academy.

The groundwork has been laid, and with the Leinster Cup and League campaigns on the horizon, there’s a quiet confidence building within the squad. All roads lead to the MDL, in Navan, this Wednesday for the preliminary Cup round game.
