In a dominant display of belief, courage and teamwork, our first-year soccer team secured a 4-0 victory today against Colaiste na hinse, Bettystown, at the Trim Town Academy in the northeast Leinster League quarter-final. Players on the scoresheet included Scott, Liam, Fionn & Oran.
This win propels our team into the competition’s semifinals, where they are poised to face off against our neighbours, Colaiste Ni Mhi in Johnstown, Navan, at the MDL grounds after the midterm break.
Liam from (Parkceltic Summerhill Club) was bestowed the honour of Player of the Match, a testament to his exceptional display on the field. Trim Town Academy Committee representative, Keith Peppard selected and presented Liam with his well-deserved award after the game.
