OUR PARENT ASSOCIATION @ B.C.S

Our Mission Statement:

The Parents Council at Boyne Community School plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between home and school. Our mission is to support the educational journey of our students by actively engaging parents in school activities and decision-making processes. We strive to create a nurturing environment that values respect, pride, and community spirit, in line with our school’s ethos of ‘Meas, Mórtas, Muintearas.’ Through various initiatives, we aim to enhance the educational experience, foster a sense of belonging, and ensure that every parent’s voice is heard and valued.

Dear parents and guardians,

The Committee of the Parent Association drafted a Constitution, to formalise and explain who we are, what is our role and how we work. Remember, all parents and guardians of children attending Boyne Community School are automatically members of our Parent Association.

This document was drafted based on the NPC Guidelines BL, Chapter 7.

We would like to invite you now to read the document (below) and as members, if you have any comments or ideas to be included, please let us know by end of June.
