The school’s second-year footballers suffered an unlucky defeat in a blustery Bray today, losing 3 – 8 to 0 – 8 to a strong Enniscorthy side.

The game was level 8 points each with ten minutes to play, but Enniscorthy grabbed a goal at a crucial stage. With the Boyne pushing for an equaliser into a gale-force wind, the Enniscorthy lads got two further goals on counterattacks.

This was a great year for these lads, as they already won the North Leinster B competition before Christmas. Well done, lads.
