Congratulations to our TY students who completed the Transition Year Garda Community Programme.
Congrats to Ewan Phipps, Niamh Batzella, Chloe Keating Creag, James Kavanagh and Mark Gorman, who completed the course.
The Programme occurred at Trim Garda Station from Monday, 28th November, to Friday, 1st December 2023. During the week, our students saw first-hand the workings/operations of a Garda Station, a Detective Unit and a Regular Unit. They visited the Courts of Criminal Justice, The Garda Museum and The Garda Memorial Garden. Students analysed scenes of crime and garda traffic issues. On Thursday, our students spent a day in The Garda College Templemore.
