On Wednesday the 8th, a number of the LCA students and the Green Schools Committee visited the NCBI Charity Clothes Warehouse in Kildare. There, they got involved in the clothes sorting process, they learned about recognising vintage clothing and at the end of the day, they were even allowed to pick out some clothes to bring home with them! The students also learned about the fantastic work that NCBI does for those who are blind or visually impaired and they all greatly enjoyed the experience.
